Our Story: A Memphis BBQ Tradition (2010 - 2025)
For 15 years, Baby Jack's was a cornerstone of the Bartlett community, proudly serving the authentic, slow-smoked flavors of traditional Memphis BBQ. From our opening in 2010 until our final service in 2025, our mission was to create a place where friends and family could gather to enjoy classic barbecue cooked with passion and served with a smile.
We fired up our smokers with a commitment to time-honored techniques, bringing you tender pulled pork, succulent ribs served wet or dry, and savory smoked chicken and beef brisket. Our restaurant on Highway 70 became a local landmark, known for the irresistible aroma of hickory smoke and for classic comfort food that felt like home.
A Celebration of Memphis flavor!
Our menu was a celebration of Memphis flavor. Many of you made our BBQ Nachos a go-to favorite, piled high with your choice of meat, cheese, and jalapeños. Others couldn't get enough of our Loaded BBQ Potatoes or a classic pulled pork sandwich topped with our signature sweet vinegar slaw. Through it all, we were driven by what you, our customers, loved most. Over the years, your tastes helped shape our menu, leading us to new and delicious creations that always stayed true to our Southern roots.
Baby Jack's was more than just a restaurant; it was a part of your lives. We catered your family reunions, sponsored local teams, and became a familiar gathering spot for lunch breaks and weeknight dinners. We are deeply grateful for the incredible support from our community and the dedication of our amazing crew who made it all possible.
